Studio Policies
1. Be Early, Not Sweaty-Late
Doors will be locked 5 minutes before class time—no exceptions! Show up 10 minutes early so you’re settled, hydrated, and ready to sizzle. This is your time to relax and acclimate to the heat. There is ample time between classes for you to have extra ten minutes to unwind. No shoes in the hot room. Just you and your time.
2. No Phones, Just Flow
Let’s keep the studio a scroll-free zone. Phones and smartwatches chill in the cubbies while you heat things up. If you must be on call, all sounds must be silenced. You and the people around you booked this time together. Your instructor put her heart into the program. Respect the time you created for yourself. If you choose to be phone free, don’t worry, the door will be locked!
3. Stay for the Cooldown
Class isn’t over ‘til the cool-down sings. The heat stays in the room only when you do!
4. Late Cancel = Sad Wallet
Cancel at least 12 hours ahead to avoid a fee or losing your class. We love you, but policies are policies.
5. BYOH2O + Towel
Water and a towel = your hot class BFFs. You’ll sweat. A lot. We’ve got extras for sale if you forget!
6. Clean Mats/Props Only, Please
If you rent a mat YOU MUST wipe down your mat and all props after class—spray’s on us.
7. Handle the Heat Like a Pro
It gets up to 100°F in here. Listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and remember: child’s pose is always a power move. So is savasana!
8. Good Vibes Only
Be kind, be mindful, be cool. We’re all here to glow up—together.
9. 16+ to Sweat It Out
You must be 16 or older to join class. If you’re under 18, bring a signed waiver from your grown-up.
10. Sub Alert!
Instructors may change. The heat stays 🔥 either way.
11. Grip Socks = Non-Negotiable
If you choose to wear socks, they must be sticky (for your safety). Forgot yours? We’ve got cute ones.
12. Scents & Sense
Hot room + strong scents = not it. Please skip perfume and don’t bring in smoke or cannabis smells. Your neighbors will thank you.
Chargeback & Dispute Abuse Policy
To protect our studio, instructors, and community, we maintain a strict policy regarding chargebacks and payment disputes.
By booking a class, private session, or any service at That’s Hot Pilates, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
All class reservations are subject to our posted cancellation and no-show policy.
A no-show or late cancellation constitutes a forfeited service, as the reserved spot is held exclusively for the client and cannot be rebooked.
Disputing a valid charge for a no-show, late cancellation, or otherwise policy-compliant transaction by claiming that “services were not rendered” is considered chargeback abuse.
Chargebacks result in significant administrative costs and fees to our business. As such:
Any client who initiates a chargeback for a valid, policy-compliant charge may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, at the sole discretion of the studio.
Terminated accounts will no longer be permitted to book or attend classes, purchase services, or participate in studio offerings.
The studio reserves the right to decline future service to any client engaging in dispute abuse, regardless of outcome.
We encourage clients to contact us directly with any billing questions or concerns prior to disputing a charge. We are always happy to clarify policies and resolve legitimate issues—but misuse of the chargeback process will not be tolerated.
